I had a steam controller, I liked it but it doesn't replace a KBM enough or a xbox/dualshock controller.
Dying light is $20, then grab wasteland 2 if its still on sale. Console version is actually quite good.
Or grab steam/psn/xbl/eshop credit if theres nothing you want. Or you could get a couple tanks of gas with shell cards.
