The way it's sprinkled out is so engrossing, like getting its canon confirmation in Re:coded 2.5, then seeing Xehanort's Keyblade hanging on the wall in the KHIII trailer from E3, basically confirming the popular theory that it wasn't originally his.

Pirates of the Caribbean has its whole Davy Jones two-parter, so I could see it coming back.
Hundred Acre Wood is a freaking staple, so that stays.
Agrabah still has a whole series of staples to play with, and Aladdin's father/The 40 Thieves movie as well. (though given Robin Williams shadow looming over the whole thing I wonder if the delays were them scrambling to dream up a different world.)
So that's about four other new worlds and with Frozen's almost guaranteed an in at this point, it's really actually three.
Each world should feel like a separate journey, so crossover in styles would be unwelcome.

You have all the story text. Which, while already translated by fans, will have to be professionally translated.
There's the Medal text (names/descriptions, abilities/descriptions)
There's naming every enemy
There's a box of text for every single mission (400 main quests + dailies + events), as well as Challenge text, and the names of the quests themselves
Banners for events will need to be redone for English
The Players' status screen has a LOT of text in it
They have to translate every Board and Avatar Part
Every player banner
The ticker on top of some of the menus
The shop
Credits, tutorials, etc.
The party chat also has LINE-esque stamps which have text that will need to be translated.
It's actually a lot to do, and the worst part is that they have more to translate every couple of weeks, if not sooner because of the events that keep rolling out (though I don't know if these will be in the NA version given their time sensitivity)
It's not impossible, though, that they intend to release it when Unchained reaches narrative parity with χ[chi], which at this rate looks to be within a couple months.
That way the new players in the West won't accidentally run into spoilers because they simply don't have the content yet.
