On a side note, how much gaben gift you in stolen wallet funds this year?
Merry Christmas everyone.
Every bait deserves at least one nibble.

Faggot.

Yep.
Go onto the steam discussions in the steam community, safe now, the amount of damage control is hilarious.
As much as I agree this was a fuckup by valve and how much damage control the users are pouring into the steam disscussions, was any money actually stolen?
Id rather live in the grimy Cyberpunk Future of Steam as a Shadowrunner than a peon in the pristine soul grinder of Origin

my fucking credit card was compromised and i logged on to notice that i had 2 fucking copies of tropico 3 for some reason
i don't think any was stolen per se but people were definitely inside accounts

Couldn't say for a certainty. It would've had to have come from the steam wallet from what I understand. I used to have paypal on my account years ago but I removed it and can't remember how much verification I needed to go through to purchase something from the steam store.

Origin is okay. There are just no games I want to buy. Also steam has huge discounts for muh slav shithole.

Basically, anyone who has their CC linked to Steam, probably has some new games that some random person "bought for them" for shits and giggles.
Did you change you account passwords and stuff due to this fiasco?
