Lords of Shadow 1 flows really nicely, feels like a story book. Gameplay is relatively dull, though solid. Get a hang of the parry system and the game is a cakewalk.
Lords of Shadow 2 plays a bit better, but the story is marginally worse around half way.
Don't bother with Declassified, get XCOM Complete.
Dying Light is getting a premium edition later on that's a free upgrade like Div:OS did.

Dragonfall is alright. Honestly if you want Shadowrun and haven't played the Genesis game always go for that. They are more limited compared to it. Though their story has a lot more presence.

Friendly advice: try the demo first, Dying Light is not very well optimized and will run like shit on most PCs, I have a GTX 970 and I have trouble running that game (dips literally fucking everywhere). Though about mods I can't say anything, but since it has workshop there's a lot of them there, have a look and see for yourself.
