Generally, when companies ask you to verify information, all you need is the last four digits. With that and your address, someone can do quite a bit of damage if they get lucky.
That said, it's much easier to just buy numbers stolen in full. If you know how to do damage with the last four numbers, you know how to get real cc numbers.

The same reasons I would recommend Titan Quest. Large world, meaty weight filled combat, good world and lore. The loot's OK, nothing amazing until later levels but still decent.
The Devotion system is fucking fantastic and it really enables a LOT of builds. Classes are kinda meh on their own but combine 2 of them with some good devotion abilities and you got yourself a great build.
And when they finally decide to release it in Feb, even though the fucking content is all there, it's gonna have full mod support including the creation of new maps. TQ was pretty heavily modded and I have no doubts it'll only get better with time.
