No because I'm not a fucking idiot that links my credit card or bank account info to an online ANYTHING. If I want something on Steam I buy a $10, $20, or $50 Steam gift card, load up my account with the money and buy it that way.

Just blocked all internet transactions on my card so Im safe.
Watching my email like a hawk, so far so good. My bank account is impervious to shit like this though, I never saved my payment info.
Also, this serves a great practical lesson to not save your CC info anywhere where it isn't 110% necessary, and NEVER set up a direct money hose from your CC/bank account to a service, no matter how reliable it seems. Some of you laughed at my tinfoilery before, but who's laughing now?

there will be some long-term repercussions for Valve but it seems like the actual damage to users will be minimal (some leaked emails). key word "SEEMS", we don't really know yet and probably won't for another day or so. there are anonymous, probably-bs reports of stolen funds / false charges being made, more worrying is the possibility of account trashing (deleting/unsubbing all past purchases and marketplace items, steam wallet funds, etc.).
