I only had to look up solutions for a few stars in the main game. Road to Gehenna was a different story. That star world was brutal, man.
Great game, I have to finish it someday and play through the DLC.
I still prefer Amtichamber over Talos though, but both games are awesome.

There are pretty much only two things I didn't like about the game:
- the messenger hints were completely worthless and should've been used to showcase their bot AI instead
- the snow levels felt like Croteam ran out of money near the end since they looked rather bad in comparison to the rest
Talos is great, but nothing has topped this masterpiece.
I'm surprised that no one has turned the maps into Serious Sam levels by now.

But man, easter eggs. I bet they have easter egg quotas specified in their game design document. And easter eggs in the gdd itself.
The name of the company is essentially an easter egg. And there is an easter egg with the name of the company in the game.
Fuck, by the last third of the game they stopped being remotely funny.
I like, however, that they make references to the process of game development as in-game jokes. Like an email listing benefits of using an existing game engine, or the fact that all Child programs have descended from Sam.

Basically the exact same as the version from the Myst 10th Anniversary collection, which is bad because not only is it a nightmare to get working on modern sysyems, but like the original release is dependent on having an ancient-ass version of Apple Quicktime being installed. The GOG version took all the needed stuff from QT and implements it as a .dll file, and has been updated to work with modern systems.
