Dota isn't actually a banned word, and that actually never happened. Back in like '13 some contract-designing-person who didn't understand how video games worked redesigned the pro player contract to say they couldn't play a shit ton of games, and when actual Rioters caught whiff of what was going on, they reverted like every change there.

So, no, neither of those things actually exist.
