It's a decent video game that lives up to its gimmick, but really, it's just not a very engaging side scrolling platformer. It's kind of like Wii shit before the wii. Good for a few romps, but nothing you can sink hours into.

Camelot can do good stuff if they're given a proper budget and time scale. They made a point to announce that they were interested in the project so they clearly have ideas already. I'm all about letting established studios work outside of their comfort zone, could make for something pretty fun.

This. The president mentioned he wanted to do it, so why not let them take a whack at it? Someone wants to develop a DK game, but no, let's have them put out a half-assed tennis title instead. I doubt you could make DK64 worse than it already is(And I don't think it's horrible, but it'd be hard to actually make a sequel that's worse).
