How the fuck is Fallout 4 so shit? There is a loading screen every 5 seconds and it is buggy as hell. If you look at a game like GTA V which has more dynamic content, very few loading screens, and many less bugs, it really makes it obvious how bad Fallout 4 is.
GTA V loads the whole map into the memory before initiating though, that's why the first load take so long.

They can spend billions of dollars on Candy Crush, but can't put out a single expansion to WoW without parts of it missing. Like they were updating the player models for Warlords, but they couldn't get Blood Elves ready. They couldn't 'afford' getting a handful of low-poly models ready for the once in a blue moon expansion they release for their flagship title.

Its not even the "technology" behind the graphics that suck, it's just rockstars choices.
Gta4 looked prettier, not because muh texture resolutions or muh lighting engine, but just from how it was put together.
