It's hard to tell without any context on how the stats are applied in combat. Like is 1 speed one hit per second and just how much damage is being applied here, would 1000 be enough to 1shot a child or a dragon?

Butterfinger clearly does the most damage, but it really depends on how long it takes to pick up and re-equip. If it's click speed, then you can train yourself to remove the handicap, but image if there are actual animations to go with it. It could degrade the advantage entirely.
I'm pretty sure the Boomstick is in second place, but I'd personally take Slowensteady. Consistency is just too nice.

If we assuming that Uneasy is a flinch-like effect then the Rapeyher has an advantage over the Slowensteady but otherwise it's the latter. The Boomstick is basically worth the accuracy loss next to the Slow. The G2GFAST is almost certainly not worth it.
Butterfinger is impossible to assess. So I'm taking Boomstick.
