I just beat it last week and thought it was great. Lots of genuinely funny moments, pretty decent plot, and a nice cast. I really can't complain about anything. Good enough to actually make me want to play Borderlands 2, which is a feat.
Also, Loader Bot is easily one of the top 5 robots of all time.
easily the best. the only one that comes close are sam & max and TWD season 1
