Been a long, long time since I've read them, but I remember really liking 4 a lot.
IMO, 1 is good but it doesn't get really good until the end, when it starts to go crazy with the shonen tropes and video game references. If anything, it suffers from 'first-episode syndrome' a bit too much, since it basically just establishes the characters and settings, and introduces the plot. I remember liking 2 and 3 much more after they got the ball rolling.

Late DLC, a tad short for what material they had to work with, and leveling up was well-meant, yet still felt odd with the pace of things. Plus, your level stayed when you start a game with friends without any option to set it lower to play evenly and not carry.
All things aside, probably the best movie/comic tie-in game I've ever played.

The movie was actually really good, with it's fault being in Ramona's overall character and development. All the downsides of the movie can be forgiven since it was being made alongside the ongoing graphic novels at the time. O'Malley is/was still pretty young in the industry when this was all going on, so expecting him to have a solid outline for Edgar Wright from the comics to the movie was asking a bit much on the guy.
What it did better than the comics, however, was removing some of the fluff of the relationship motions. You can only enjoy the development so far in the comics, but put to movie and it would have been a fucking drag.
