Why do retards think that a refund system is their own personal demo system?
because it is duh
How the fuck would I know
>>321242223
because they figure if they aren't willing to provide one then they are somehow entitled to one
>>321242223
It is for me
Do something about it faglord
>>321242223
why do you think it isnt?
>>321242223
implying any good reason why it should not be a demo sim
>>321242223
Didn't you make this thread earlier today?
Personally I find the refunds to be hilarious because indie devs actually have to make fun games now. Fun for at least an hour anyway.
>>321242223
because it is.
You already made this thread hours ago you faggot
>>321242835
>>321242412
no i didn't
>refund 4 games since they've implemented this system
>still get this message
Fuck Valve.
>>321242223
Because Australian law.
>>321242223
>he doesn't exploit the refund system
>>321242223
>this thread again
>>321242223
>If we think the refund system is being misused, we'll break your country's consumer protection law and get sued in your court systems, then sheepishly back down
>>321242223
Well, if the devs don't have a demo, and the provided specs are unclear, then you should be using the refund system to benchmark the game in order to see if it will run on your system.
>buy game on steam
>go to install folder
>copy game folder and put it on a different hard drive
>ask for refund
>play the game you refunded on the other hard drive
legal pirating
>>321243309
Doesn't a game bought through steam require it to play?
Because, just like a few hours ago when you made this thread, that's exactly what it is
/thread
>>321243947
unless you crack it, yeah, obviously
>>321242223
>play the game for two hours, returning the payment after that
>played two hours for free and no more
Sounds like a demo system to me
>>321242223
>Why do retards think that a refund system is their own personal demo system?
Because they're too stupid to pirate instead.
>>321245224
Keep doing that and you'll be banned from ever using the refund system ever again.
because we don't get demos for shit anymore
>>321242662
the problem is not making a game fun for an hour, but making it instantly generate fun and satisfaction
tutorial too long? - refund
mechanics too complex? - refund
it's actually driving developers to design more casual crap
So pirating games is okay?
>>321243947
Unless it says it uses steamworks it doesnt require steam to run. There are a lot more games than people think that dont require it
>>321245621
Unless hes american it violates most countries laws to do that.
