Not yet. Even without characters, 4.0 could have been the perfect place to leave it. Right now you can tell the game is in an unfinished state simply because so many stages have no purpose being alone without an alt. FoD's alt should be Halberd and since we never got HD Kongo Jungle, it should be the alt to Jungle Japes. That would open up 2 more Brawl stages we never got back and THEN it could be viewed as finished.

Yeah. The dev team tried hard to be professional but they weren't really up to the task. The lack of transparency, oblique pr statements, and their infighting was already killing many fans' goodwill towards the mod.
I was a big fan of the old 3.0 version but I'm kind of enjoying its death anyway. To me the massive nerfing of every character in PM 3.5 was a misguided move.
