Got frustrated when the APC and tanks won't stop moving during that one mission so I had to make a Rocket Launcher, then I got even more frustrated because the explosions caused nearby enemies to go after me, so I said fuck it and killed them, and this time I didn't get that much of a penatly like in other MGS games.
I can finally use my weapons without fearing any repercussions on my fragile soul.
Seriously, Peace Walker was the only game where you could have fun with your weapons because you're either fighting Metal Gear knockoffs or hunting monsters.

I think Orphan of Kos is the most straight-up intimidating and difficult (moveset-wise) boss in the entire game. That second form just doesn't stop flipping around and rushing your ass down.
There were other bosses I got stuck on for longer (Defiled Watchdog of the Old Lords and Defiled Amygdala being major offenders since almost every one of their attacks was a OHKO, as well as Ludwig because I did him at a stupidly low level while underequipped immediately after Vicar Amelia) but none of them are as scary to fight as Orphan of Kos.
