It's gonna get pulled off. They are literally selling the roms with either SNES9X or ZSNES, I don't remember which. And unlike the games that come with DOSBox, they didn't get permissions from anyone.

I actually got Bubsy 1 for Christmas, and Bubsy 2 for my birthday on the Genesis years ago. Bubsy 2 actually isn't that bad, and Bubsy 1 has a quirkiness that I kind of like. Too bad the gameplay is garbage.

Bubsy runs too fast and gets himself killed. You can't see where you're going and often make blind jumps into pits or obstacles. The level design is broad and arbitrary and you have no idea where to go to reach the goal.
