Also, Bioshock 1 and 2 weren't amazing in terms of Gameplay, but they were more fleshed out and developed than infinite.

I think all three are equally good though. Not great amazing top tier godly games, but all good worth playing games. Each has its own flaws and advantages over the others. The only one I can legit I guess call the best is the Minerva's Den DLC since it's the only one where the story isn't tryhard nonsense. Hell I think the story's probably the worst aspect of each Bioshock game not counting MD.

Most zombies in the city are rich people who were turned and then blackmailed by the butcher shop zombies. They have to pay ridiculous sums of money for brains, or go out and murder for themselves and likely get caught.
