Well, it's been rated T for Animated Blood, Fantasy Violence, and Suggestive Themes. Whereas Awakening got T rating for Alcohol Reference, Fantasy Violence, Mild Language, and Mild Suggestive Themes. Nothing's been confirmed 100% but with ratings like this, it's safe to assume anything that got a pass in Awakening will get a pass in Fates.
However, note that Fates has Suggestive Themes while Awakening has Mild Suggestive Themes. I assume this to mean that shit like the bathhouse and the Fire Emblem Amie is pretty much going to be left intact.

You can download the story you don't have for $20, yeah. It'd be bad if you couldn't because there's a couple bonus things for having both routes on one cart like items I guess.

You can get a physical copy of one game, get the other route as DLC for half price, and the third route for 20 bucks.
There is a special edition that includes all three routes on one physical cart but that's pretty much all sold out by now. Still, best to check with gamestop in store to see if they may have it.
