There is a Garry's mod custom weapon that gives whatever it hits ultra-elastic properties (it goes faster after each bounce).
Playing through Half Life 2 with that weapon was ridiculously fun. And surprisingly challenging too, due to a combination of you wrecking yourself and striders being 99% immune to it.
