The only reason to avoid the game is the fact it's engineered meme bait for reddit, /v/irgins and tumblr faggots. /v/ was wanking themselves silly when the demo came out and people like Cry were LPing it. The shift came when it got popular outside of /v/ and as usual, /v/ doesnt like shit that's mainstream.
It made me stop playing LoL, because I had to interact with the worst scum known to vidya.

Souls games. I played Demon's Souls on release and it was amazing. PvP was fun and not "lol how hard can I troll this guy? Lolumad bruh? xD"
The whole thing went to shit once the "Look at me I'm a hardcore gamurrr" kids moved in. It was like watching a slow motion train wreck. Every day I saw more and more people with a scraping spear and then one day I encountered some faggot teleporting around back stabbing people and thats when I unplugged the net from my ps3.
