In KH1 and all of them the attack part of it will be "open" "talk" and whatever else, it never changes. Attack is literally the confirm button like pretty much all other games have too.

Nigga your selection will be on Attack 95% of the time. The rest is split between summons, magic and items, even then it's mostly items since you have enough quick keys for magic and summons are something you're going to use very rarely (during which your command will once again rest at attack most definitely).

There is no right answer about whether Tifa's tits are bigger or smaller in subsequent media. This is because of her overall design in the original.

Her torso is tiny. Proportionally speaking, her entire torso is absolutely miniature. This gives her a very cartoony look with her head being nearly the size of her entire torso, and her legs being ludicrously long. The thing about her tits, is that most people compare them to the size of her torso. Of course they look ginormous when each her tits together are the size of the rest of her upper body.

She has normal human proportions. Her torso is a LOT bigger compared to her head and limbs in this. Her tits are pretty much the exact same size as they were in the original(when compared to her head size or her overall height), but her torso being vastly larger makes them look smaller in comparison.
For them to keep the same tits-to-torso ratio as the original, but enlarge her torso to realistic proportions, she'd have to look like that blonde chick that deepthroats really well - I.E. fucking disgusting.

Because when they did that, it was for when bras weren't made of as nice of materials, and they didn't stretch much. The idea is, a woman has her base size. Then she adds extra to give her the requisite room to fit better.
The only reason they'd have to mark the size higher than it is like your example, would be the same reason they add to it begin with, in reverse. So instead of adding, every time a woman wanted a bra, she'd have to subtract the inches from its size to get who it's actually supposed to fit.
