I'd say her design is 6/10 as far as Tales games go. There were much worse looking girls (especially in Eternia, some in others like Symphonia), but also some really nice designs (Sheena, Natalia, Arche, even Alisha).
Although Tales aren't really known for great chara design.

I like her design. It's quite nice but too edgy that it's horrible.
Get rid of the retarded belts with literally no practical use other than being uncomfortable (3 on one leg, 2 on the other). Her boots should be even. Looks very uncomfortable having assymetric shoes. Then there is the rags. I believe she is nice looking, but the rags just make her look like she never cleans herself.
