at this point they've ported literaly EVERY final fantasy game on PC except 9 so no, i'm not taking the bait tabata-san
After all this time I can understand them not wanting to push a PC version out the gate alongside the PS4/XBO versions, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if they later make it; the game's production costs can't have been cheap and they'll need a fuckton of copies sold to turn a profit on it.

Yeah basically the reason FFXIII was so big was that it included both Japanese and English voice acting, and most of the cutscenes(even the ones that look like they're real time) are actually pre rendered FMVs. That on it's own takes up a lot of space, but the japanese and english FMVs are different because of the lip syncing and all that.
