Its a tech demo, but its going to be released either way. Why would Harada-san show it off in multiple events and not allow users to experience it? Never mind this though. There's a recent tendency for some websites to want to make their platform of choice as a release target platform for games that are coming out in the future. As they so desperately want to play upcoming games on their preferred platform instead.
