Anyway, the concept of loyalty as a virtue is because loyalty means you are loyal to someone for reasons beyond it being inmediately beneficial to you. It reflects a measure of faith and selflessness in that person, and on the recipricol, that person they are being loyal is expected to be loyal to them in turn.
