Depends on what you mean by bad guy.

If you mean in the sense of, "the main antagonist has ideals that are hard to argue against." Then the biggest one I can recommend is sequence.

If you mean in the sense of YOHOHOHO. I AM EVIL BOSS GUY COME TO KILL THE GOOD GUYS, then one of the bigger one I can think of is something like overlord.
