really wish more CCGs would start messing around with full-art cards. Easily some of the best looking cards, yet only Pokemon really uses Full Art cards. I know MtG is starting to release a couple full arts, but I think full art cards are non-existant in YGO

Magic has been doing full art for several years. They used to go the extra mile and make full alternate art textless promo cards you could get for showing up at weekly tournaments, but they canned that system because nobody really knows why.
There's also a major tournament one month after the release of a new set where you get a full art just for showing up and the top 8 get an additional foil full art.
