First of all, her skill cap is not the highest of all the marshals. It's the lowest.
Second, Meg's max speed is 32, which doesn't let you double important endgame enemies. Third, her myrmidon growths do shit for her because her speed caps for each tier are low and below the doubling threshold.
Fourth, swords are the worst in the triangle in RD, thanks mostly to how shitty wind edges are.
