Because companies didn't stop making children's 3D platformers, they just started making ones you faggots won't acknowledge, like lego [blank] games, or skylanders, or whatever.
These games offer way too many features, secrets, collectibles, and most importantly to children PLAYABLE CHARACTERS, for Yooka-Laylee to compete with.
This game is just not gonna sell to kids today, because it's gonna look like a bare-bones dinosaur to them.
