Chrono Trigger
I'm gonna ignore my own personal dislike of EB for a second and question why you would think a system with Chrono Trigger would have any other game that cold be considered the "best RPG" for it.
CT is one of the best games ever made and is easily the best RPG ever made.

While I love Earthbound, I'm also going to have to agree on this. Chrono Trigger is a lot more solid and satisfying as a game. I don't see what there is to dislike about EB however.
