CDProjekt now has hundreds of employees either specialized or experienced in making multiplatform games. Witcher 3 proved itself a success, parity between platforms therefore is a success.
Expect another multiplatform and all the technical drawbacks of releasing it for an almost decade old hardware, which is what PS4 and Xbone will be by the time of Cyberpunk release.
