friends always begged me to come back, all i ever did was PVP and grief people during BG's, specifically in AB.
go to Mines with my 2 IRL friends and anyone on our team that came there with us we would report AFK spam them until they got the AFK debuff, then we would distract them for 2 mins until they got kicked. good times.
stopped playing like 3 months before WoD and haven't touched it since.

I don't know, I played DeS first, practically at launch. I liked it just fine at first, but it didn't blow my mind.
After every playthrough it just kept getting better and better for me. I would always find something new, and I love the atmosphere and NPCs.
I liked Dark Souls a lot as well, but for some reason I ended up replaying DeS much more.
