Snow levels are almost always shit because they're often just the same as other levels but with less shit in them.
A good snow level is GOAT, but so rare.
It has to really capture the fact that the environment is killing you slowly.

I actually hate jungle levels. They're usually maze-like with swampy terrain that slows you down and there's bound to be annoying dick ass monsters that poison you. then you just KNOW the upcoming ruin is going to aztec themed because what the fuck else would they use?
