Blizzard has been on a downward trend since WoD as people have now caught on to their shit. Even Hearthstone is starting to lose players thanks to the RNG bullshit and enormous power creep making it impossible for new players to have a chance.

This allows them to be placed as a new listing instead of under the normal quality one. So what people do is find a variant of a rare item and jack up the price.
I'm sure it might catch one or two idiots, but most people who care enough about items to buy them are smarter than this. I could buy a virtually identical Headhunter item for six cents.
