Use ult instantly to knock enemy into air above you (dont charge it) and position your self so you can knock them back into a wall.

There isn't a way to balance that kit in League. If she doesn't do enough damage to pop a carry, she'll be useless because her ult'll run out and then she's just going to be a massive feedlord. If she does do enough damage to pop a carry, then she's something you can't crowd control that you can one shot a farmed up carry and that runs faster than like 90% of the cast.
