The face button layout is nearly identical to the Wii U Pro Controller.
The only differences are the start, select, and lack of home buttons. The circles around the face buttons and d pad hearkens to a SNES controller, and I have to assume from the way the controller's sitting that there are shoulder triggers.

The Chameloen appears to be a rebranded version of the Retro VGS, a similar console concept that attempted to raise nearly $2 million on Indiegogo this year, but ended the campaign with just over $80,000. The Retro VGS was also going to use game cartridges, and wouldn't require an internet connection or software updates, unlike modern machines.
