I've only ever played F4 on the hardest difficulty for them legendary items, so pretty much 1/2 the enemies in the game have been legendary for me.
You literally just upgrade a combat shotgun as high as it can go (don't choose automatic receiver, choose powerful receiver) and can one hit any enemy, especially if you have a Chameleon armor piece that renders you invisible when you crouch.

I have no idea how anybody finds this game hard, especially on the lower difficulty sessions. Only time I've died is from those shitty insta-kill pits like the water in the back of that haunted mine shaft place.

Legendary enemies were a great idea but the HAS MUTATED bullshit which just refills their bullet sponge health bar is the worst thing ever.

Happens usually when the "Legendary" enemy they throw at you is weaker than the leveled variants you're fighting, which is surprisingly often.

Literally the only thing that can kill you in this game is an enemy with a one hit kill weapon, like a boomer. Anything else just pop some jet and you can easily fuck it up. Doesn't matter if it is legendary glowing deathclaw or whatever the fuck.
