you could try red orchestra 2, insurgency, or there's a new game out called squad
squad is made by the devs behind project reality. it's kinda like a more accessible arma 3. However, its early access alpha, and boy is it rough.
the devs have promised MONTHLY updates up until spring 2017. so if you can wait 3 months, the game should be a little fleshed out, and you'll have a steady steam of new content until 2017
