Don't care much for PS3 emu though, already played everything I wanted to and don't care to replay. Might use it to play Vesperia with translation since I never bothered to hack my PS3 at most. Wii U emu on other hand will be handy, no plans to get one.

ingame means you can get "in" the game with the emulator but there's too many problems for it to be actually playable
playable means that there may be issues but you can play it from start to finish

The guy who uploaded those videos is running a 6700K + GTX970, which is about as high-end as you can go for emulation since GPU speed rarely affects emulation performance.
It would probably take an 8-core CPU to properly emulate the Cell processor.

DS emus basically have a 2nd window for which you can use any input device of your choice (window which can be displayed either on the same screen, another monitor, or whatever)
