I preferred X-Wing Alliance.
The voice acting was fantastic. Almost didn't mind that my wingmates were pretty much useless when they had such great panic lines as they died.
The dynamic music is what really stuck with me though. "SSD Executor has entered the system" with the Imperial March blaring, that was great.
