GBA is identical to SNES but is brighter and has worse quality sound and also has better translation and extra dungeons which are also present in the PC/Mobile version along with the better translation and additional bugfixes.
If you're a nostalgia blinded autist for pixels, then go with SNES/GBA. If you don't want shitty pixels and natural improvement, go with PC.
