I cant see a single reason in the above posts that any other item wouldn't be refunded on, albeit with a time played/owned disclaimer on.
Maybe Payday2 is debatable, but if an official company rep at the time of sale states that a product isn't going to feature something, and then it does, all bets are off.Payday 2 should be refunded as well
