Diadem itself had a ton of unfulfilled promises. Interesting Notorious monsters, random events, random loot found in random areas. Not glorified hunts, but the groundwork is there. MAYBE it'll have some shit added to it later but very unlikely desu.
LoV was an april fools joke taken too far. If I wanted an RTS, I'd play one. Not an simplified mockup of one. Same issue with Chocobo Races, they insist on making 'fun' content have ridiculous grinds that're somehow worse than the effort you put in to farm Diadem up to 210. Joke content has a harder grind than gear ilvls. The MGP rewards in particular havent been updated in months, even though a 1 mil MGP mount not being able to fly in heavensward should have set off some fucking alarm bells. The devs are crazy short-sighted.

Be happy there isn't shit like components that cost 1500 Esoterics and you need like 5 of them.
