Admitting to like games like Uncharted tends to get you jumped on by people spamming "LOL NICE MOVIE". On top of it, the games are PlayStation 3/4 exclusive, and we all know how exclusives stay rent-free in /v/'s collective headspace.
Mario Kart 8, 3D World, A Link Between worlds all had pre-show ads too. A lot of video games do.
