I can make it to the second to last block but there's a 150/300/500/1000/1500 in 1 chance that the final block actually goes where you place it. In other words its made so you can only win when the machine's random number generator allows you to.

I actually won something from one of those prize machines where you have to press the button at the right time to make the light stop on a certain bulb. It was a pack of Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh cards, and I think I still have the Fairy Meteor Crush card I got from it.
