Thrawn Trilogy is canon, deal with it.
Rebellion is still one of the best empire management games around. It really needs a remake. Hunting down rebel heros with bounty hunters, and recruiting your own heros, and finding out they are force sensitive. All that shit was great.
But god damn never having enough TIEs to adequately shield the Death Star.

I know that feeling. EAW was a decent enough game, but so minuscule in comparison to Rebellion. At this if they remade Rebellion I would want space combat similar to EAW but without the size limitations, and ground combat to be an updated version of Force Commander. With both those aspects being optional. And probably some sort of era selection so you could play Clone Wars, A New Hope, Thrawn, or the expanded EU during the Vong invasion or something along those lines.
