Well on a purely objective view:
The silhouette is a mess, there's too many non-repeating elements and the value distribution is fucked.
Subjectively it's edgy as fuck and doesn't have any real endearing aspects outside of the cute anime girl.
All in all, I'd say it's not good and I don't like it.
