You don't understand the word "propaganda", do you? It's why Germans are never a playable main faction in a video game. Nobody wants to play as a guy who ends up losing.
People play them in GSG's and RTS's to "change history", sure, but not FPS's. Even Men of War was odd when you could play as Germans and Americans in the God-awful Vietnam RTS.

I do understand propaganda and with how popular it is to hate your own country these days I figured a triple A dev would love to make a game about the EVULS of America in Vietnam. I wouldn't care is just be killing gooks.
