Out of those games the only one I care about is Nier Automata and it's definitely coming to PC thank god. I have strong expectations for The Last Guardian but it's not worth spending $400+ just for one game. The Tales of franchise have died since Vesperia.

Those should be the exclusives to PS4. And they are pretty damn good. I personally can't wait for Persona 5, Yakuza, 0 and the Last Guardian. But really this list should only be exclusives, because comparing games that you can't play on the Wii U is stupid. With that logic I could just list all the games you couldn't play on the PS4.
As a big Nintendo fan I'm pretty fucking annoyed that they haven't had a price drop yet - and it needs a big one. The 32GB model should be the cheap one at $199 and they should come out with a new 64GB model at $249.
On top of that, the new 3DS XL should really be like $149 max.

I don't think they can really drop the price. Its frankenstein custom CPU to ensure backwards compatibility with the Wii is probably quite expensive to manufacture, coupled with the fact its selling poorly which means they get fucked on no bulk pricing. Plus the pad is a decent chunk of the price.
Nintendo has historically hated selling hardware below its manufacturing cost, with the Wii U being the first ever exception. If they could cut its price any more without losing money on every system sold, I'm sure they would.
